Report from Sydney
Alexander Adelson
Ted* shared with me a beautiful and encouraging story.
He considers himself a Messianic believer, and his family has followed Jesus for more than six generations.
His grandparents immigrated to Australia from Eastern Europe before World War II and eventually settled in the Sydney area, carrying with them both their Jewish heritage and their faith.
Today, Ted continues to rediscover and embrace his Jewish Messianic identity. He has a real desire to learn the Bible and share his faith with others and has already begun reaching out on his own to individuals within the Jewish community.
During our conversation, I had the opportunity to pray with him, encourage him in his journey, and invite him to join some of our activities. We also spoke about the possibility of volunteering together and taking part in outreach opportunities as we seek to share the Gospel with our Jewish brothers and sisters.
It was a reminder that God continues to preserve testimonies and stories across generations, and that even today He is stirring hearts with a passion to know the Messiah and make Him known.
